Was waiting for about 1,5 hour to get to the doctor's room. When I got to the doctor's room, he was nice, but later when I went to the next room to remove ear wax I had to wait again for 15 min (I was afraid of the otitis, but the doctor said not to worry and noticed that the ear could ache sometimes because of the wax). So, almost 2 hours in total for a regular 3 min check up and 5 min procedure. Finally, this procedure (removing ear-wax) was made by a young lady who seemed to be a bit amateur in this. I have been done this a few (4-5) times before in my life in Russia and it was always very quick (one syringe for one ear), no even little pain, comfortable and immediate difference in hearing quality. Here the lady used the syringe 3 or 4 times for one ear , was prodding into my ear with it which led to few painful moments (I suppose, she was trying to fing the right angle, that's why I started doubting about her skills). After the ear-wash I didn't feel any difference in the hearing-quality (anyway, maybe my ear hadn't been so waxed). As a result, spoiled impression of the German medical service and quality, although I admit that this is rather an exclusion than regularity. Hopefully.
